Indigo is a modern red organic wine with fruity aromas. At opening, blackberries and sour cherries dominate, while secondary aromas of pomegranate develop after some aeration. It has a full mouthfeel and soft tannins, but with enough acidity to be refreshing.

Indigo is made from Regent grapes organically grown in our own vineyards. Regent grapes were selected in Germany in an effort to produce Mediterranean-style wine in cold climates. In addition to cold resistance, Regent grapes are also resistant to fungal diseases and pests and is grown without any spraying in most years.

The wine is aged until its ready – between 12 and 18 months depending on the year. It stays bottled for another 6 months before it is released for sale.
